• Appointment booking details (name, requested service, preferred time)
• Any information voluntarily shared during the call

• Provide, operate, and improve the Northline AI service
• Process appointment bookings and send SMS confirmations
• Generate call summaries and CRM records for clients
• Communicate with clients regarding their account
• Improve AI system accuracy and performance

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their customers are informed that calls may be handled or recorded by an automated AI system, and for obtaining any required consents from their customers under applicable law.
